Sales Associate, Education (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

The Sales Associate will play a key role in engaging prospective clients across Asia and supporting student recruitment initiatives for a leading international school group. Based in Dubai, you will manage enquiries, build relationships with prospects and guide families through the admissions journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective clients.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand student needs and recommend suitable schools.
• Guide clients through the admissions and enrolment process.
• Follow up on leads and maintain high conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing and school‑based teams.
• Build strong relationships with prospective families to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, student recruitment, admissions or other customer‑facing environments.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced inbound/outbound environment.
• Excellent organisational and follow‑up abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai on a full‑time basis.
