Sales Associate – Inbound & Sales Operations

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end handling of all inbound sales leads, including lead follow‑up and basic conversion.
• Identify high‑value potential leads and escalate them promptly to senior sales personnel for further nurturing and closure.
• Provide daily operational support for key corporate accounts, resolving order‑related issues and coordinating after‑sales activities.
• Manage fleet and driver arrangement and coordination work, and follow up on compensation process flows.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in account management, customer service or sales, preferably within platform, logistics or professional services.
• Hands‑on, accountable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Urdu/Hindi, Malayalam or Arabic is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
