Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive sales within our store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain visual standards, and support day‑to‑day store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist them in product selection, and convert browsers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain a well‑groomed appearance and uphold brand standards at all times.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual‑merchandising guidelines and stock norms.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, credit, vouchers and issue receipts or refunds accurately.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies, maintain confidentiality of sales data, and stay vigilant about store security.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed and customer‑focused.
• Flexible availability for varied shifts and overtime.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge and ability to suggest complementary items.
• Attention to detail and commitment to minimizing stock loss.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling and basic accounting procedures.
• Inventory tracking and reporting.
• Visual merchandising basics.
