Sales Associate – Retail Store

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the Apparel LLC brand by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within the Dubai store. The role combines front‑line customer interaction with store upkeep and visual merchandising duties.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist them in product selection and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is displayed attractively.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile cash at shift start and end.
• Record inventory movements and keep accurate stock reports.
• Follow SOPs, loss‑prevention policies and maintain confidentiality of sales data.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed and knowledgeable about the brand’s product range.
• Flexible to work extended hours, varied shifts and overtime during sales periods.
• Strong attention to detail to minimise stock loss and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to uphold security and loss‑prevention standards at all times.
