Sales Associate – Russian Speaking

About the role

The Russian‑Speaking Sales Associate will own the full customer journey, from first contact through purchase and follow‑up, for Russian‑speaking clients in Dubai. You will use consultative selling techniques to understand needs, recommend solutions and close sales while maintaining a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage Russian‑speaking customers, assess their needs and present relevant products or services to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, meeting revenue and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM and point‑of‑sale systems to ensure pipeline visibility.
• Handle objections and service issues with patience, escalating when necessary to protect trust.
• Collaborate with operational teams on orders, payments, delivery and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian with strong English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably serving international or high‑net‑worth customers.
• Proactive, organized and able to work independently in a busy onsite environment.
