Sales Associate – Visa, Residency & Corporate Services

About the role
The Sales Associate will promote and sell a range of company services including visit visas, residency permits, corporate trade licenses and attestation services to both prospective and existing clients in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital campaigns and walk‑ins and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Advise clients on documentation processes, visa categories, government regulations and pricing, and maintain strong long‑term relationships.
- Collect, review and verify client documents, keep accurate records in the CRM and coordinate with operations and PRO teams to ensure smooth processing.
Required profile
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field.
- Previous sales experience (ideally 1–3 years) in immigration, travel, tourism, freight forwarding or document clearing services.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Basic familiarity with UAE government portals.
- Experience using CRM tools and typing workflows.
