Sales Automation Specialist

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a Sales Automation Specialist to bridge business teams and technical developers. You will transform agency incentive structures, performance dashboards, and website content into automated, accurate, and user‑friendly systems within the airline and travel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements, incentive schemes, and reporting needs into clear technical specifications.
• Validate and troubleshoot incentive calculations built in Databricks, ensuring outputs align with business intent.
• Design, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards that provide stakeholders visibility into performance and incentive outcomes.
• Build and update Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components for trade and corporate websites, providing hands‑on development support when needed.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams across Databricks, AEM, and Salesforce.
• Identify and drive automation opportunities for incentive calculation, reporting, and web‑content workflows.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business systems, automation, or data analysis.
• Strong understanding of sales, agency, or commission incentive structures.
• Experience in the airline or travel industry is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Databricks (or similar data pipeline tools) with SQL and/or Python.
• Tableau for dashboard design.
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) component development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Salesforce reporting and dashboard configuration.
