Sales Business Development Manager (Fintech)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Business Development Manager to drive the acquisition of iGaming and betting merchants for our fintech payment solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding, and help expand our merchant network across the European payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new iGaming and betting merchants.
• Manage the end‑to‑end B2B sales process, including outreach, qualification, negotiation and closing.
• Present tailored payment solutions based on merchant needs and market requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and C‑level executives.
• Coordinate onboarding and launch activities with internal teams.
• Develop existing accounts and uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent the company at international fintech, payments and iGaming conferences.
• Provide market intelligence and merchant feedback to shape commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, business development or outbound sales experience.
• At least 1 year of proven success selling payment solutions to iGaming/Betting merchants.
• Strong understanding of the European payments ecosystem.
• Established network of merchants and relationships with C‑level decision‑makers in the iGaming sector.
• Commercially driven with a deep knowledge of payments dynamics within iGaming and betting.
