Sales & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead B2C and B2B growth across the UAE and KSA for a client in women’s health and supplements. The role combines hands‑on sales execution with strategic planning and offers the chance to build and lead a growing sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2C and B2B growth plans across the UAE and KSA.
• Build and manage relationships with fertility clinics, obstetricians, gynaecologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and account growth.
• Identify commercial partnerships and regional expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing on consumer promotions, product launches and community events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor performance and prepare pipeline reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of B2C sales experience in healthcare, supplements or wellness with measurable results.
• Proven B2B sales success with fertility clinics and healthcare professionals in the UAE.
• Experience developing the KSA market or other regional territories.
• Relevant degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Business or Marketing.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE and KSA.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
