Sales Consultant – Automotive & EV

About the role

Join AW Rostamani Group as a Sales Consultant and drive the growth of electric vehicle sales in Dubai. You will use your product knowledge and customer‑focused approach to turn leads into satisfied owners while delivering a premium showroom experience.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell vehicles, accessories, warranties, finance and insurance products, meeting monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Follow the complete sales process: prospecting, greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, commitment, closure, delivery and post‑sales follow‑up.
• Document all transactions according to company policy and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales cycle.
• Report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager and participate in sales meetings.
• Assist customers with finance and insurance options, schedule follow‑ups, and ensure timely delivery of defect‑free vehicles.
• Maintain and grow the existing customer base, achieving Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in the automobile sector, preferably with electric vehicles.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Computer proficiency and ability to handle documentation accurately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
