Sales Consultant – Coach (Mall of Emirates)

About the role

Deliver excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, offering advice and demonstrating suitable products. Build relationships with key customers, maintain store standards and achieve sales targets while cultivating loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every customer warmly, providing consistent excellent service.
• Identify needs through questioning, recommend and demonstrate appropriate products, and suggest complementary items.
• Process cash and authorized payments, issue receipts/bills and provide professional checkout service.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, following after‑sales policy and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, fashion trends and in‑store promotions.
• Uphold personal grooming standards and keep displays, fitting rooms and stock areas clean and organized.
• Monitor stock levels daily, report low stock to the Store Manager and assist with replenishment.
• Comply with company policies on refunds, exchanges, security, health and safety.
• Recruit customers for the database and accurately enter their details into the POS system.
• Minimize stock loss by staying vigilant on the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Required profile

• High school qualification.
• 3–4 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
