Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our award‑winning real‑estate team in Dubai. You will work closely with clients, landlords and sellers to match properties and drive transactions in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to potential landlords and sellers.
• Conduct market appraisals and prepare property listings.
• Enter and manage listings in the Reapit CRM system.
• Qualify clients, arrange viewings and act as a negotiator to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, building trust and transparency.
• Keep accurate records of properties, clients and owners.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for real estate and a desire to expand industry knowledge.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Collaborative, proactive and energetic attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Reapit CRM platform.
