About the role

Join a fast‑growing real‑estate brokerage in Dubai as a Real Estate Telesales Consultant. You will engage prospective buyers, sellers and renters over the phone, generate qualified leads and support the sales team in closing high‑value residential transactions.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new leads.
  • Promote the company’s premium property portfolio and projects via calls and messages.
  • Schedule meetings and property‑viewing appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up regularly with existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about projects and services.
  • Update and manage customer data in CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Required profile

  • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasive telephone etiquette.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
