Sales Consultant

About the role

Necon Travel and Tours is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end travel solutions, from creating itineraries to handling visa documentation and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on outbound holiday destinations, travel routes, costs and accommodations.
• Prepare customized travel itineraries for leisure and business travelers.
• Handle complete visa processing for GCC countries and ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates and visa centres for application follow‑ups.
• Book flights, hotels, travel insurance and other travel‑related services.
• Provide clients with destination information, travel tips and necessary travel advisories.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Deliver excellent pre‑ and post‑travel customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Sales Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of outbound destinations, international flight bookings and global holiday packages.
• Expertise in GCC visa procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.
