Sales Consultant – Residential Property

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to generate and manage qualified leads for residential property sales. You will act as a brand ambassador, guiding customers through the buying process and helping them make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads to meet revenue targets.
• Advise customers on inventory, purchasing options, upcoming developments and promotions.
• Represent Dubai Holding Real Estate to prospective clients and promote its developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers and business partners.
• Deliver sales presentations, negotiate deals and ensure a seamless sales journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve enquiries and issues.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and property developments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Master’s or certification a plus).
• 3‑5 years of experience in property or real‑estate sales.
• Proven track record of lead generation, relationship building and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and networking abilities.
• Customer‑focused, professional, and able to close sales effectively.
