Sales Consultant – Training

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to promote our training courses to prospective clients in Abu Dhabi. You will be the main point of contact, guiding prospects through the enrollment process and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote the company’s products and services.
• Follow up on leads from marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant courses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and benefits, tailoring messages to individual needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Research training needs of potential clients to tailor the sales approach effectively.
• Record all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
