Sales Coordinator – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our insurance operations team in Dubai on a six‑month contract. The role supports the end‑to‑end sales process, from quotation generation to client onboarding, and works closely with brokers and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate CRM data and ensure timely delivery of quotations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, manage and follow up on insurance quotations across multiple business segments.
• Maintain and update Salesforce/CRM records, including customers, opportunities and sales data.
• Prepare and circulate sales, pipeline, new‑business and KPI reports.
• Monitor quotation turnaround time (TAT), email response times and overall sales support performance.
• Coordinate client onboarding activities such as documentation, system setup and internal handovers.
• Communicate with brokers, partners and direct customers via phone and email to address queries and follow‑ups.
• Support day‑to‑day sales administration, inbox management and task allocation.
• Assist with workload balancing and provide team coverage during peak periods.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, insurance operations or customer/broker support within the insurance industry.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms and strong reporting skills in MS Excel.
