Sales Coordinator – Automotive Operations

About the role

The Operations Executive supports the automotive business by managing administrative, system and sales operations, ensuring cross‑functional coordination and operational readiness across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage SAP/system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and business continuity.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales operations including outbound vehicle delivery, trade‑in management and used‑car lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate operational readiness of new locations, aligning resources for system setup, infrastructure and vendor enablement.
• Oversee centralized purchase‑order management and vendor engagement across all business units.
• Monitor multi‑brand operational performance, inventory flow, used‑car procurement, pricing governance and fleet utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative operations management.
• Knowledge of Human Resources Management and Finance is advantageous.
• Proven ability to coach teams and build cross‑functional support.
