Sales Coordinator - Bulgari Resort Dubai

About the role

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, a portfolio of brands owned by Marriott International, is hiring a full-time, non-management Sales Coordinator for its resort in Jumeirah Bay Island, Dubai. The role supports the Sales & Marketing function through general office duties, document preparation and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, sending emails, typing, faxing and copying.
• Prepare sales documents throughout the sales process, such as proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
• Promote the brand image internally and externally, and gather and assemble promotional materials such as brochures.
• Use sales techniques that maximise revenue while keeping existing guests loyal to Marriott.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify information such as commissions, leads and third-party data in sales software.
• Answer guest questions about facilities, services, rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants and special events.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients by phone and email, and follow company policies, confidentiality and asset protection rules.
• Welcome guests according to company standards, anticipate their needs and thank them sincerely.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, maintain positive working relationships and comply with quality assurance standards.
• Lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification needed.
