Sales Coordinator – Electric Mobility (BYD)

About the role

Join Al-Futtaim Automotive’s BYD team in Sharjah as a Sales Coordinator, supporting the delivery of electric‑mobility vehicles. You will act as the central link between the showroom, workshop, registration teams, drivers and external service providers to ensure a seamless hand‑over of vehicles to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries, confirming that each vehicle meets the customer’s specifications.
• Liaise with workshops, drivers, registration teams, insurers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth hand‑overs.
• Process all vehicle documentation accurately, including registration, insurance, invoicing, VCCs, gate passes and sales paperwork.
• Monitor vehicle preparation activities such as cleaning, servicing and accessory fitment before delivery.
• Provide the sales team with up‑to‑date stock availability through physical and system inventory checks.
• Prepare demo vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fully serviced and ready for customer test drives.
