Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Sharjah. The role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and sales documents, and ensuring smooth order processing from enquiry through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities between the sales team and customers.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, invoices and other sales documents.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders and sales activities.
• Collaborate with accounts, warehouse and technical teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist sales executives with customer presentations and product information.
• Identify potential customers and support lead generation and business development.
• Update customers on product availability, pricing, delivery and order status.
• Maintain and update the customer database/CRM.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate internal resolution.
• Monitor pending quotations and convert enquiries into sales.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales coordination, administration or support role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer‑handling abilities.
• Good organizational and follow‑up skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and UAE work experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience using CRM systems for managing customer data.
• Ability to prepare quotations and sales documentation.
