Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales & Marketing team at JW Marriott Dubai by handling administrative tasks, preparing sales documents, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. This role ensures smooth communication between guests, internal teams, and external partners while upholding the Marriott brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying.
• Prepare sales‑related documents including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
• Assemble promotional material packages and maintain brand awareness.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify sales data, commissions, leads and third‑party information in the sales software.
• Respond to guest inquiries about facilities, rates, packages, and events via phone and email.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing questions and requests promptly.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Support team goals, develop positive working relationships, and adhere to quality standards.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 pounds.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales or administrative experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Business Bay, Dubai.
