Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi by handling office duties, preparing sales documents and acting as a primary point of contact for clients. The role ensures smooth communication, accurate data entry and promotes the brand both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office tasks such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing and copying.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, banquet event orders and other sales‑related documents.
• Assemble promotional materials and information packages for clients.
• Enter, retrieve and verify sales data, commissions and leads in the designated software.
• Respond to guest inquiries about facilities, rates, packages and events via phone and email.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of relevant sales or office experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Office duties including document preparation, data entry and basic correspondence.
