About the role
The Sales Coordinator supports daily operations of the sales department, ensuring smooth execution of orders, product launches and inventory planning. You will act as a liaison between suppliers, retail stores, warehouses and internal teams to maintain brand standards and high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders and related customer documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team on order status, deliveries and follow‑up on pending shipments.
- Maintain accurate sales records, generate periodic sales and inventory reports.
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment and monitor stock availability.
- Process purchase requests, maintain supplier databases and organise meeting minutes when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
