Sales Coordinator – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales function of Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, a luxury hotel delivering authentic Turkish hospitality. You will act as the main liaison between clients, travel agencies and internal departments to ensure seamless sales operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate client preferences to cross‑departmental teams.
• Review and action special arrangements and prepare sales‑related documents.
• Provide prompt responses to internal and external guest inquiries.
• Perform site inspections of the property.
• File all internal and external event bookings with complete information.
• Assist with incoming phone calls and emails to the Corporate and Leisure Office, qualify inquiries and distribute them.
• Complete reservations for travel‑agent rates, complimentary stays and site inspections.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and travel‑agency partners.
• Attend department and property meetings as required.
• Greet and assist VIP clients and industry guests when visiting the property.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience required; luxury‑hotel experience preferred.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications.
• Experience with Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and stay highly organized.
• Strong initiative, excellent English oral and written communication, and telephone etiquette.
• Team player who enjoys contact with clients and the general public.
