Sales Coordinator – One&Only One Za'abeel

About the role

Join One&Only One Za'abeel as a Sales Coordinator, supporting the Sales and Groups & Events team to deliver seamless guest experiences. You will handle enquiries, leads, client communications, site inspections, FAM trips, contracting, CRM administration, reporting and internal coordination in line with resort policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administrative duties assigned by the Commercial Director.
• Communicate with all departments to ensure timely submission of relevant paperwork.
• Maintain and update records of tour operator communications, contracts and production.
• Manage VIP gifts and sales collateral inventories.
• Coordinate site inspections, familiarisation trips and client visits, including itineraries, room readiness, F&B requirements and transportation.
• Support preparation of weekly/monthly sales activity reports, pipeline updates and other commercial reporting.
• Prepare monthly attendance reports and update Fusion for Sales, Marketing and Reservations colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in sales coordination or a related hospitality role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to keep accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills across internal departments and external partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• General computer operation skills.
• Advanced ability to use Microsoft Excel.
