Sales & Customer Service Executive – Showroom (Sharjah)

About the role

We’re looking for a Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our Sharjah showroom — someone who can turn a casual walk‑in into a loyal customer and a quick WhatsApp question into a lasting relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve walk‑in customers, helping them find the right educational aids or toys and completing sales transactions smoothly.
• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, responding promptly and keeping the conversation warm and helpful.
• Follow up with customers after their visit, checking in on purchases and sharing relevant new arrivals.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑organized showroom that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stay knowledgeable about product features, target age groups, and benefits to recommend confidently.
• Support the team with day‑to‑day tasks such as restocking and sharing customer feedback.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service (even a few months) with the right attitude.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Friendly, patient demeanor and genuine enjoyment of helping people.
• Basic comfort using WhatsApp and other messaging tools.
• Availability to work showroom hours, including weekends if needed.
