Sales Development Executive – B2B Accounting & Tax Consultancy

About the role

The Sales Development Executive will work on-site in Dubai, driving business growth for accounting and tax consultancy services. You will identify and qualify leads, build relationships with corporate and individual clients, and present tailored service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify B2B leads for accounting and tax services.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Collaborate with technical and advisory teams to ensure accurate service representation.
• Monitor market trends and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance and targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to explain complex service offerings in clear, client‑friendly language.
• Willingness to learn basic accounting and tax concepts.
