Sales Development Representative

About the role

Egnyte is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive new‑business growth across the MENA region. You will work remotely with a minimum of three days per week in the Dubai office, collaborating with sales, marketing and product teams to generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Create outbound prospecting campaigns using targeted messaging and sales plays.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales and Solution Engineering on talk tracks and campaign adjustments.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, pre‑screen prospects, and maintain accurate discovery notes.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs and pipeline conversion targets.
• Partner with Account Executives on a high volume of accounts and become an expert on the Egnyte portfolio.
• Utilise Salesforce, Outreach and Gong to manage opportunities and track activities.
• Travel to customer sites, partner locations, internal meetings and industry events as needed.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sales and a desire to develop a career in business development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote‑first environment.
• Willingness to spend at least three days per week on‑site in Dubai.
