Sales Development Representative

About the role

Doctify is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its commercial team in Dubai. You will help drive growth by qualifying leads, prospecting new business and creating opportunities for Account Executives across multiple verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify, prospect and generate opportunities for Account Executives.
• Utilise sales tools such as Salesforce to boost productivity.
• Consistently exceed daily KPIs and monthly targets.
• Own and build your own pipeline, improving the sales funnel.
• Become an expert on Doctify’s product and a thought leader in HealthTech.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Minimum 6 months experience in outbound sales or new‑business outreach.
• Ambitious self‑starter with strong communication skills.
• Resilient and able to bounce back from rejection.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and believes in Doctify’s mission.
