Sales Director - Energy Project Management HQ

About the role

Anton is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead its Energy Project Management hub in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on driving revenue growth across O&M contracts, expanding market presence in Iraq, and managing a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly sales targets, market analyses and performance reports.
• Recruit, train and supervise a sales team, set KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiations, contract signing and payment follow‑up.
• Participate in strategic deals, open new markets and nurture relationships with major clients and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of sales and business development experience in the energy sector, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director/Deputy Director).
• Proven track record securing O&M contracts for oil & gas fields, pipelines, utilities or related infrastructure.
• Strong, established relationships with Iraqi government authorities, local oil & gas companies, and international oil companies.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
