About the role

MARE Properties L.L.C. is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead its real‑estate sales function in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and shaping the sales strategy for a portfolio of premium developments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a high‑performing sales team to exceed targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients, investors and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and business‑development teams to generate qualified leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities in the Dubai property sector.
• Oversee accurate sales reporting, forecasting and performance analytics.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in real estate or a related sector.
• Strong background in business development and market expansion.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with the Dubai real‑estate market and local regulations.
