Sales Director

About the role

DECA Properties is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the sales effort for its real‑estate projects in Dubai. The role requires a target‑driven leader with a strong developer‑side background and an active network of agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales performance for DECA Properties projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real‑estate agencies and brokers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Motivate and support the sales team to maximise conversions.
• Conduct project presentations and support agency‑led sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and buyer demand.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of developer‑side real‑estate sales experience.
• Proven sales track record.
• Strong and active network of agencies and brokers.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real‑estate market; off‑plan sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets.
