Sales Director, Payments

About the role

Joining the EMEA sales team, you will drive growth for Fireblocks within the blockchain payments sector across the Middle East, targeting payment service providers, cross‑border and remittance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Target PSPs, cross‑border and remittance payment providers.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales teams, Sales Engineers and the Payments product team.
• Generate and qualify leads together with the BDR and GTM teams.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers.
• Conduct prospecting, territory and account planning to identify new opportunities.
• Keep the Fireblocks CRM up‑to‑date with accurate account and pipeline information.

Required profile

• Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience selling into the payments space.
• Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
• Experience within financial services, cybersecurity or cryptocurrency (preferred).
• Experience formalising and supporting co‑sell motion with technology partners (preferred).
• Proven track record of over‑achievement in enterprise sales.
• Entrepreneurial, relentless hunting attitude and willingness to prospect new opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a team‑selling environment.
