Sales Director - Pet Food

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our pet food business across the UAE and GCC. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong partnerships with key accounts and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales and channel development plans for the UAE and GCC markets.
• Manage key accounts, distributors, retail chains, veterinary channels, modern trade and e‑commerce platforms.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pet stores and other distribution partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer performance to inform strategy.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to accelerate brand growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pet food, pet care, distribution or retail.
• Strong network within UAE pet retail, distributors, wholesalers or modern trade channels.
• Proven experience managing international brands and channel partners.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• UAE market experience is essential.
