Sales Director - Real Estate Development

About the role

Main Realty, a real estate development firm founded in Miami, Florida, is looking for a Sales Director to lead its Dubai office. The role has significant influence over the company's position in Dubai's off-plan sales market: it leads a team of sales representatives, shapes sales strategy and drives revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, manage and train a team of sales professionals, run regular team meetings, implement performance improvement plans and foster a high-performance culture.
• Analyse market data to identify trends, forecast performance, set team goals and oversee initiatives that hit revenue targets.
• Prospect for potential clients, lead negotiations and present projects to brokers, handling objections and building a network of local and international brokers.
• Plan and deliver monthly sales targets and own the activity needed to close them.
• Develop new business opportunities across geographies through research and proactive prospecting.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of brokers, channel partners and clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams so paperwork is completed and client payments are collected on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience with a brokerage or developer firm.
• Off-plan property sales experience preferred, with a demonstrated ability to support multiple project launches.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Valid driving licence and RERA certification required.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, French, German or Arabic is a plus.
