Sales Director - Real Estate Development

About the role

An established Dubai-based real estate developer is looking for an experienced Sales Director to build and lead its in-house sales team ahead of a new project launch. The role covers strategy, team building and investor relations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for off-plan projects, including launches, pricing and payment plans
• Build, train and manage an in-house sales team from scratch
• Build partnerships with leading Dubai brokerages and manage key investor and HNWI relationships
• Deliver revenue targets and report to senior management
• Ensure compliance with DLD / RERA regulations and escrow requirements

Required profile

• 8+ years of sales experience in Dubai real estate, including 3+ years in senior management
• Proven track record in off-plan sales and experience launching a project for a developer
• Solid network among brokerages, investors and HNWI clients
• Fluent English; Russian, Arabic or another European language is an advantage

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of DLD / RERA regulations and off-plan procedures
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
