Sales Engineer – Digital Asset Solutions (Dubai)

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Engineer to support its EMEA sales team in Dubai, demonstrating the value of its digital‑asset infrastructure platform to prospective clients across banking, fintech, Web3 and enterprise sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops and Proof‑of‑Concepts in collaboration with Sales Directors.
• Design technical solutions that integrate Fireblocks’ platform, ensuring scalability, security and compliance.
• Present technical content to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
• Guide clients through onboarding, integrating the MPC‑based wallet infrastructure and APIs.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs and work closely with Product, R&D and Security teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar pre‑sales role in SaaS, fintech, blockchain or cybersecurity.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer‑focused value propositions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
