Sales Engineer – Fire Protection

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to drive new business and manage client relationships for fire protection solutions in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new leads and nurture long‑term client relationships to grow the Fit‑out and AMC customer base.
• Collaborate with technical teams to estimate manpower and prepare accurate commercial proposals for modification and maintenance projects.
• Utilise deep knowledge of UAE market pricing, Fit‑out demands and local Civil Defence/NFPA safety standards in proposal preparation.
• Lead contract negotiations and tender submissions to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar sales role within the Fire & Security industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Proven track record of generating business through FM companies, contractors and end‑users, with a valid UAE driving licence.
