Sales Engineer – HVAC (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, results‑driven Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC to join our growing team in the UAE. The role focuses on driving business growth by identifying, pitching, and securing new HVAC projects, equipment supply, and maintenance contracts across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective HVAC projects, tenders, and maintenance/service contracts across the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors, HVAC consultants, developers, project managers, and facility management companies.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate technical proposals, competitive commercial bids, and quotations.
• Perform technical site surveys, evaluate client requirements, and recommend optimal HVAC equipment and contract solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, finalize contract terms, and ensure smooth handover to project execution teams.
• Track upcoming UAE construction and MEP projects, monitor industry trends, and keep abreast of competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE HVAC/MEP market.
• Valid UAE driving license (strictly mandatory).
• Established network with MEP contractors, consultants, and developers in the UAE.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
