Sales Engineer – HVAC/MEP Solutions

About the role

Ventum is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to promote its HVAC and mechanical products across Dubai. The role involves building strong client relationships, delivering technical presentations, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop long‑term profitable relationships with clients, consultants, procurement teams and contractors.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Visit sites to ensure products are correctly specified and provide accurate job quotes.
• Act as a technical advisor from design through commissioning, supporting engineers and contractors.
• Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activity and report sales activities.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior‑level executives and maintain detailed sales reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma, B.E. or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum two years of HVAC/MEP/mechanical sales experience.
• Established client relationships in the local market are a plus.
• UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, self‑motivation and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components and equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems for sales management.
