Sales Engineer – Industrial Products (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team, focusing on industrial and engineering supply solutions. The role combines technical product knowledge with B2B sales expertise to drive growth across the UAE market, especially within the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a portfolio that includes welding, lifting, safety, abrasives, hand tools and related industrial products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding the existing customer base.
• Maintain and grow key accounts through regular site visits, product demonstrations and technical support.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close orders to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and pricing to inform sales strategy.
• Enter and update customer and sales data in ERP systems and ensure timely order processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee on‑time delivery and follow up on payments within approved credit terms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven track record in B2B sales of industrial or engineering supplies.
• Experience with ADNOC, NPCC or similar projects is highly preferred.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of welding equipment, consumables and related products.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using ERP or sales management systems.
