Sales Engineer

About the role

The Sales Engineer will drive growth of STYRO’s retail insulation business both offline and online, targeting B2C customers while also supporting a portion of B2B sales. The role includes expanding the product portfolio, launching new retail outlets in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and developing innovative sales concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual targets.
• Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
• Monitor customer accounts within the assigned area to fully exploit sales potential.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments and customers to uncover opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of sales activity and prepare regular forecasts for forward planning.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to measure satisfaction with products and services.
• Track competitor developments and relay relevant information to management.
• Maintain solid relationships with key customers, suppliers and relevant bodies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring service level agreements, complaints and inquiries.
• Adopt a consultative sales approach, using product trend knowledge to tailor solutions.
• Prepare weekly reports on client transactions for management review.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both B2C and B2B sales environments.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Understanding of site and civil works within the construction or insulation sector.
• Ability to maintain detailed sales records and generate forecasts.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of managing satisfaction levels.
