Sales Engineer – Pipes & Coating (Dubai)

About the role

Our client is looking for a Sales Engineer focused on the commercial and sales aspects of pipe manufacturing operations in Dubai. The role involves fieldwork, client meetings and project site visits to promote HSAW pipes and coating solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HSAW pipe and coating segment.
• Promote and sell pipes and coating solutions to EPCs, contractors, fabricators and industrial buyers.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers, negotiate pricing and close deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide market intelligence on pricing, competition and project pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy or related field, or equivalent sales experience in pipes.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in pipes, coatings, fittings or related industrial products in the GCC (UAE preferred).
• Strong understanding of pipe and coating specifications, standards and applications.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Bilingual – excellent fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
