Sales Engineer – Water Treatment Solutions

About the role

EXSO WATER is seeking a full‑time Sales Engineer based in Dubai to combine technical expertise with customer‑focused sales activities. You will identify and qualify opportunities, prepare proposals and present tailored water‑treatment solutions to industrial and commercial clients across the UAE and selected African markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue sales opportunities for RO plants, sewage‑treatment systems and other water‑treatment solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and product demonstrations to clients.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance on system design and installation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate system specifications.
• Respond to customer inquiries, support project execution with technical input and maintain post‑sale relationships.
• Gather market insights, work with internal stakeholders to meet sales targets and contribute to continuous improvement of offerings.

Required profile

• Strong sales‑engineering background with ability to translate technical solutions into clear value propositions.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, account management and post‑sale support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical or related) or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of industrial water‑treatment processes and regional markets in the UAE and Africa is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, problem‑solving ability and commitment to safety and environmental standards.
