Sales Engineer – Water & Wastewater Solutions

About the role

The Sales Engineer – Water & Wastewater will drive business development and sales of water and wastewater treatment solutions across the UAE, focusing on oil & gas, energy, utilities, industrial and government sectors. You will act as the technical and commercial bridge between customers, principals, EPC contractors and consultants to grow the division’s market share.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic customer relationships.
• Review client specifications, drawings and tender documents; prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering, procurement and project teams.
• Coordinate with overseas principals and manufacturers for technical clarifications, pricing and proposal development.
• Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations and support commercial negotiations.
• Track relevant tenders through ADNOC and other procurement portals; manage bid preparation and meet submission deadlines.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies; provide market intelligence reports.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle and support after‑sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of water and wastewater treatment solutions.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and develop technical proposals.
