Sales Executive - Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our sales team in the UAE. The role focuses on driving business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers through personal contact or meetings.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure availability of licenses or stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Gather market and customer information to support negotiations on price, delivery and specifications.
• Record sales and order information and report to internal teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years proven experience as a Sales Executive.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline); MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with a result‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software (preferred).
