Sales Executive - Auto Loans

About the role

The Sales Executive – Auto Loans will promote auto loan products and cross‑sell other First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) offerings within an assigned territory. You will work in the field, building a new customer base while meeting set financial targets and ensuring high levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed auto loan sales targets and develop new customer relationships.
• Promote FAB products, conduct promotional activities, meetings and roadshows in the assigned area.
• Ensure customer applications and documentation are complete, error‑free and follow up on any discrepancies.
• Provide regular sales MIS and DSR reports to the Team Leader and Sales Manager.
• Maintain effective relationships with branches, internal departments and customers, handling complaints professionally.
• Identify fraudulent or unethical activities and report them immediately.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience selling banking or financial products.
• Strong convincing and negotiating abilities, with awareness of competition and product improvement opportunities.
• Ability to adhere to KYC, compliance, and bank policies and procedures.
