Sales Executive - Auto Loans

About the role

Promote Auto Loans and cross‑sell other FAB products within the assigned business territory (field sales) against set financial targets. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships to drive loan volume.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed Auto Loans sales targets and build a new customer base for FAB.
• Promote Auto Loans and other FAB products in the assigned area.
• Maintain effective business relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Conduct promotional activities, meetings and road shows to meet budgeted sales volumes.
• Ensure customer applications and documentation are complete, error‑free and submitted on time.
• Follow up on document discrepancies and resubmit corrected files.
• Provide regular sales MIS, DSR and market feedback to the Team Leader and Sales Manager.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and recommend credit‑worthy applications per FAB policy.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma.
• Minimum experience: 1–2 years selling banking products or in the financial industry.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related field.
