Sales Executive – Automotive (Dubai)

About the role

BAIC is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its automotive sales team in Dubai. You will be the front‑line representative for the brand, driving vehicle sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell vehicles to new and existing customers.
• Generate leads and develop new customer relationships.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide professional product information.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct sales presentations and support customers throughout the buying process.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow company sales procedures.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Arabic language proficiency (mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment.
